I found Ivan off the internet, and he was awesome. I told him what I wanted and I'll be if he didn't find exactly what I stated. Unfortunately, I did get outbid on it, but Ivan prevailed. He knowsthe area, the homes, the pricing, and can explain the process in layman terms for all to understand. He is diligent, courteous, very capable of going above and beyond.
