Boasting a BA in Business Management from the University of North Dakota, Jessica spent five years at Ray’s restaurant developing her communication, event management, problem - solving, and sales skills while building healthy, productive, and progressive relationships that translated into the business’s developmental success. Her extensive competencies in building relationships, an astute resource management skill, innovation in event planning and management, and her experience as a salesperson have broadened her perspective in making key decisions critical in property deals.

In 2016, having helped build a solid business at Ray’s in Killer Creek, Jessica left the restaurant industry to welcome her first kid, opening a window for a partnership with her much-decorated Realtor® husband, Ivan, to form a formidable team with an extensive expertise of the local area of Atlanta and surrounding markets. Jessica’s rich history in business and event management, as well as her interpersonal relationship building skills, have been immeasurable assets and a key to the team’s success in delivering success in a Real Estate Industry that is centered on people.
